CLEVELAND PARK

Moving back to the city into a small footprint house on a small uphill lot, the Owners needed a larger modernized kitchen with an informal dining and work area connected to a family room for their children. The design reaches the roof upwards to catch more penetrating light at the rear and sides while giving a view of the trees. The kitchen overlaps the family room to provide a connected eating and serving area while having a deeper portion in the middle of the house for storage and messier tasks.
