COLUMBIA HEIGHTS

The Owner of a one-bedroom co-op had the opportunity to buy the unit below him for an increased urban living space and wanted to connect the two via a new stair. That stair became an airy connecting element helping to pour light through the home while it and the adjacent rooms and walls were redefined in the Owner’s style.
